About Me

I barely recognize the person I was on the day of my law school graduation. She had done all of the right things, stood there holding her Juris Doctor, and was thinking, “Oh, no. What have I done?”
 
But I kept pretending I was on the right path because striving for someone else's idea of perfection and people-pleasing were the only things I knew.

And then in 2014, my brother died,
my marriage was teetering on the edge of collapse,
my mental health was in crisis as a new mother, and
my career gave me constant nausea and body pains.

I kept hearing people saying to find my truth and live my truth. That sounded so easy, but I had zero idea of who I was under all of my pretending to be someone I wasn't. I had to allow life to be messy so I could finally start discovering the core of who I was.

Doing this led me to make some major pivots:

- leaving a 6-figure legal practice I’d built from the ground up in Dubai
- moving to a remote island in Sweden
- talking openly about spirits and energy
- starting my own psychic business

I realized that the truth isn't a destination, it's something I create for myself in every decision I make. The new paths I chose didn't always make complete sense at the time. But the red thread running through it all was that it was for ME. I was and am actively creating and participating in a life I love.

And now I help others do the same.​
